Payments for your application must be in the form of a check or money order only.
The execution fee is paid separately to the acceptance facility in the form of cash, credit card, or debit card.
Please note that our agency does not provide passport photo service on-site. It is recommended to use CVS or Walgreens that offer photos taken in accordance with official requirements.

Please note: both parents or guardians must be present during the processing of applications for minors (15 years old and under) unless form DS-3053 (Statement of Consent) is completed and included with your application upon arrival.

Our facility does not provide interpreters for non-English speaking applicants. It is the applicant's responsibility to bring an adult interpreter to assist them with communicating with our agents.

Passport renewals (Form DS-82) must be submitted by mail to the US Department of State. Our facility is not authorized to assist you with this form.
